This session is 2 hours 30 minutes long - 60 minutes table treatment, 30 minutes discussion, 30 minutes measurements, assessments, bandaging, and exercise review.
Complete Decongestive Therapy includes manual lymphatic drainage, skin care, compression bandaging, and exercise. There are two phases: Phase I is intensive reduction, this is a significant time commitment to reduce the area as quickly and completely as possible. Phase II is a maintenance phase where treatments can be spread out and may even stabilize to a six month or yearly follow up.
